Souffle Pancakes with bananas and chocolate sauce


1. Whisk 2 egg whites until stiff
2. Fold in the whisked egg yolks gently 
3. Spoon into greased frying pan - should make three rounds - and gently cook.
4. Turn over after 2-3 minutes and cook until done.
5.  Lift into plate and scatter with sliced bananas, greek yogurt and some 'healthy eating' chocolate sauce (ie. honey and cocoa powder mixed together).


A large pancake can be made too. I added some ground-up porridge oats to the egg mixture.
