Healthy Chicken Korma with Cauliflower Rice




1. Saute onions, ginger, garlic in a little coconut oil.
2. Add spices: coriander, turmeric, garam masala.
3. Add tin of coconut milk
4. Add some ground almonds (optional)
5. Dice the chicken and add to frying pan and cook until chicken done.


6. Process, coarsely grate or finely chop cauliflower. Add to pan with a little water and some peas and cover. Stir occasionally until soft and cooked.


Served with a naan, lime pickle and yogurt
