Chicken and Prawn Saffron Risotto




1. Cook diced chicken in a non-stick frying pan. When cooked, add the prawns and frozen peas and cook them for a couple of minutes. 
Then add the vegetables (here, sliced yellow peppers, spring onions). 
Optionally, you can add some saffron strands soaked in water).

2.  Finally add some cooked rice and stir.
